rebuilding a engine

im palnning on tearing down the old motor out of my 86 gxl when i took of the exhaust manifold there was oil in it and it has 186,000 miles on it is it worth rebuilding or not also about how much would it cost to port it 3mm apex seal and maybe a jbridge done to it

Well if you've torn it down then just follow the factory service manual & check the tolerances of the current engine. If only the normal stuff found in the rebuild kits needs replacing/out of tolerance - there you go.
