So, I just bought a 88 Gtu and It has 187k on it also it has never been rebuilt and it still runs awesome. I was just wondering should i rebuild it ? or just swap another engine in until that one blows up? lmk guys help me out

the internals are probably fairly worn by now, it will be pretty costly rebuilding it at this point. i would run it until it pops then either build a decent mid/low mileage engine or buy a good used one.

Rebuilding it now while it runs might save you from buy parts that could get damaged when it does pop, IE Side housings and Rotor housings.

Of course, S4 housings are fairly cheap.
