i used that citrus orange... like 12 bottles in a big rubbermaid bin, then added some water... i dodent prime it seemed to stick good

I did the same except with red housings and a black front cover.

The enamel etches itself in a little, no need for primer... it could mess it up even... just can't have any dirt... dust seems okay, eats right through that.. but a clump of dirt in a corner somewhere and it'll bubble up there heh.
