Rebuild problem.

I recently had a new 13bt S5 rebuilt for my S4 turbo II. I had it streetported but other than that i'm still running everything stock except the S5 ecu.

Recently the car has been what feels like cutting the fuel out. Sometimes not even letting me push the rpms over 3k. It will just stick there and shake the car violently.
Also just free reving the car the rpms stick here and there.
The fuel pump, fuel filter, and injectors (still stock 550s all around) have all been replaced after the build.

This doesn't happen all the time however and sometimes the car will run all the way to redline through every gear perfectly fine. I have been putting 93 octane in it since the build aswell.

Any ideas guys? Feel free to ask any questions.

nope haven't checked that. I tried putting 91 octane and fuel injector cleaner in today. runs fine as long as i'm giving it at least 1/4 throttle other wise it starts to get sticky.
