rebuild/premix/oil in gas/new OC-Rings????/

I've read a couple of threads on there about people building up about a quart of gas per 2-3K miles after they switched to premix???

Well.... the last two times I changed my oil (2K)... I got about 1/8 of a quart less than i put in.... (i poured the dirty oil.. which wasn't really that dirty back into the containers and let the pan drain into the last one overnight..... I did this twice......

Now.. the oil filter obviously holds a bit, and some gets burned in the turbo and a drip here and there..... and by Poto Ionization detector readings.. there is a small amount of gas in my oil. (yes ther are VOC's in clean OIL, but the readings on the PID are slightly Higher at 1 inch over a 10 ounce cup of new oil as over a 10 ounce cup of my oil, like 25-35PPM.. 1 quart of gas in 4 quarts of oil pegs the meter)

So lets just say that 1/4 a quart gets burned, dripped out, lost to the floor and stuck inside the filter as a high estimate... (my pan doesn't leak and the turbo smokes just a bit for one puff at startup)..... that means I'm gainin about 1/8 of a quart of gas in the oil every 200K miles...

So... for you guys that switched to premix AFTER a rebuild and are getting gas in the oil... (assuming you don't have a flooding problem),

n/a or turbo??
What apex seals did you use??? Springs???
What were the conditions of your housings (Rotor and Irons)??
were the irons lapped???
Did you replace the oil control rings or just replace the or rings in the seals??
What Motor Oil are you running???

ME:

My irons were not the greatest, but, were well within spec to be re-used and the housings were in very good shape.
I run 11Oz of premix for 10.5 Oz of gas everytime.
RA seals and springs
I ran Castrol 10/30 first and Valvoline 20/50 last (i had slightly less 20/50 come out.... must me more in the pan and filter...)

The only thing i can think of that i did that most people don't is that I installed new Oil Control Rings... (expensive bastards though they are)

In order for gas to get into the oil... the compression would HAVE to be blowing by the Oil Control Rings and infiltrating the oil on the E-Shaft bearings and stationary gears etc... , So.. is it worth it to change them to aviod the gassy oil (which hurts the lubricating properties of the oil)????

I don't know, cause on other rebuilds I've re-used the OC rings and just re-oringed 'em.. then sold the cars!!!! Only one that I rebuilt and sold did I switch to premix and replace the OCR's.. and that was at his request and he wrecked it last year... so.. no data from that car )

NA.

Rotary Aviation seals & springs.

Housings have some flaking along the edge, not great, but not horrible. Irons have a step wear mark.

Irons were not lapped, just reused as-is.

Entirely new oil control rings & o-rings.

At this point, Castrol 20W-50, though I've used Valvoline in the past on this engine. I'll be running 10W-30 once it gets cold out, if I'm actually going to drive the car in the winter (right now it looks like it will be getting a lot of work this winter, and not rolling around much).

I get around an additional quart per 2k miles. I don't know how much of it is gas - I think a lot of it is the 2-cycle oil, but I haven't ever bothered to send oil in for analysis.
