where the heck is it? lifted up the car and couldnt find it. anyone have pics of where to weld on so it stops making the clunk sound when i shift.

 

it's slightly in front of your rear end diff ( the pumpkin ) and behind and above, the flange that your drive shaft connects to. it's really up there, and tough to see if you don't know what it looks like. Pain in the *** to swap out too.
