Rear wing

Has anyone tried mounting a rear wing ON the Hatch glass?
I was thinking of doing this (if it was possible), that way I wouldn't have to worry about braking/damaging the wing when I have to put things in the hatch.

that would suck because it would make the hatch impossible to keep open. I hate it when that damn thing smacks me in the back of the head.

It would depend on how heavy the wing was, and how weak the hatch struts were.

i got an idea

Well, i have wondered the same thing. Can you put an aluminem wing...i dont think so...the downforce from the wing might crack the glass. It would just make the back glass so much easier to bust.. But! you can get a GT wing, i saw for a little CRX it has little mounts for the little space RX-7s have at the back...and they have adjustsers that sit at the back by the licence plate with the metal rods going to the wing....But, myself am going to get a nice wing from Mazdatrix.com the last one
