Rear wheel bearing seals

I have lost my shop manual and Im putting new rear wheel bearings in and was wondering how many seals i need for each side. Also, what is the torque specification for the nut that holds the rear hubs on?

is there anyplace online that has the shop manual in PDF anymore?

Thanks,
John M
