rear strut tower bars....

Anyone that has one, did it improve the feel significantly? I want more rigidity, but I don't really want to cut into my carpet and strut towers. Do you think one of the strut tower bars up front that bolts to the firewall would be enough?

NO. YOU HAVE TO GET A REAR BAR.

I don't know, but I felt a significant difference with the rear bar. you could always remove teh rear carpet instead of cutting it. or, I've got some extra blue carpet peices that are already cracked that you could use to cut into rather than destroying you nice ones.

some time I'll show you the difference. I'll unbolt mine, and then turn, and then bolt it back in. don't know if it actually made a difference in handleing(like lowering track times), but it felt a lot better.

also, if you're not an idiot, I'm sure you can do a much better cutting job than I did. I just made some slices. if you actually cut holes, I bet it would look just fine.

I want to hear more answers.

to fully take advantage out of strut bars you should run both. running just the front one will make it slightly easier to understeer while using just the rear will make it slightly easier to oversteer. I know it seems backwards but thats how the physics behind it work. Id go for both.
