The website is www.strutwise.com - They don't list the FC on the page, however I gave Frank a call and he says that he can do them. I'll be sending in 3 sets to him and will post my results.
What kinda price did he quote you for the a rebuilt set shipped back to you?

try victoriabritish.com they have free magazines for our cars, all rotaries in fact, and carry an *** load of stock replacement parts, some are cheaper, some are not, but its free so id give it a try, ive got a couple parts from them and they worked great. no online store though, you have to order a script which is free and they send a new version to you like every spring winter summer blah blah blah.....

They are $35 a piece, $70 a set. Seems like a great deal to me. I'm looking at my shocks, but it looks like the light wire is heat-shrunk on to the the shock. Does anyone know if you can disconnect the wire from further in, behind the interior body panels so I could just send him the entire shock and light?

Please update your results with recharging hatch gas struts via http://www.strutwise.com/index.php.

1. How did you remove passenger hatch strut with light.
2. Do recharge hatch struts work like new.

Thanks
