Rear end swap

I have a 86 N/A that i want to put a 87 Rear end in will it work??

Yes, if it's NA also. Lots of labour, rusted sh*t, especially removing the differential. If it's turbo, remember that the driveshaft for the turbo is not the same because the tranny is different.
