Rear End Questions??
What are my options on tubbing/mini-tubbing the rear? What about stronger rears? I just purchased an '86, and plan to be putting slicks on for the track. How but of a tire will fit in stock trim? Thanks!

huh?

Why do you need a stronger rear? Is it going turbo? super? 900shot?

I think a TII rear or FD rear would be stong enough for a lot.

I plan to be cutting 1.4 60'fts with a manual tranny. I am doing an LS1 conversion. It will be a 395 Stroker with a 150 shot.

The swap has nothing to do with the rear. These are just general questions about the factory rears.

well like I said you probably want a TII or FD rear since they are ment to take more HP and TQ than the N/a rear.
