It goes behind the seats so it sits in the middle of the car for stiffening of that area

where would you put the racing harness? isnt more convinient that to put it on there, than the strut bar.......and the car will be used for drifting so if you can imagine

Ummmm, that bar goes along the FLOOR, in other words that'd be a VERY DANGEROUS place to mount a harness.
Rear shock tower braces are not designed to take those sorts of loads and it would be very dangerous to mount a harness to it. Besides, it's too far back, so harness stretch becomes an issue.
The ONLY safe way to use a harness is to have it mounted to a roll bar or cage, and have it running through harness slots in a seat (ie not the stock seat, but a racing seat).

those bars are nuts they work so well i have fitted one to a mates JDM fc and u can feel the difference tightens everything up heaps they run on the top of the rear carpet from the seat belt mounts on the floor behind the seats
