Thats kinda weird that one side is worse than the other. Are you sure that nothing popped off or broke. Is the side that is worse lower than the side that is fine?

There's no adjustment for rear camber on the stock setup. I just installed a set of AWR adjustable camber links because I have RB springs which lowered the car an inch. They replace the fixed links. The car was just aligned today and it's all back in spec. They're a little pricey, but they allow you to adjust each side independently which sounds like it would be a good thing in your case. However, if one side is way different, I would look for some damage or a badly worn bushing.

Or possibly part of the body is bent?

I've never lowered a car 3" so I don't know for sure, but from what I've read you'll never get the alignment right with it that low. I'd raise it some! Are you sure that both sides are lowered equally?

Another possible cause might be that one of the camber links is excessively worn.
