really bad hesitation (not the common 3800 hesitation) PLEASE HELP

i have an 87 GXL N/A. all i have done engine related is full exhaust, K&N intake kit. any time after i pass 4K, my car loses power, and makes what sounds like a squeak under the hood. sometimes it happenes at 4K, sometimes 5K, or 6K. its different every time. i cant figure out what is wrong with it. i cleaned my plugs ( still pretty new), new fuel filter, timing is good. the only thing i can think of is maybe its not getting enough fuel, i dont know. i need to know what i can do to fix this. (due to high flow exhuast, aux. ports now do not work)

Did you JUST say that your aux. ports aren't working and you're puzzled by your loss of power?

As far as the squeek goes...um, yo ****'s broken.

im not puzzled by that. the loss of power it has is causing it to almost not make it up any hills whatsoever. it feels like it does not want to run at all. it was not doing it when i first put the exhaust on. it first did it almost a month after. i spend the first day drivng it hard and it never did it
