I like putting the rotor in before the housing. This way you can see if any seals fell out/etc as you're setting it down on the stationary gear.

So far it looks fine, but there is no way to tell unless we saw every last seal and every last casting where the water jacket likes to corrode, etc.

I've had to redo my engine build 7 times because of mistakes, and that's part of the game of becoming an experienced rotary rebuilder.

What exactly went wrong with your previous build?

i got a pinched coolent seal.. i used RA coolent seal it waz a combonation of me being in-experenced and the RA seals being hard to work with..

Btw the middle housing is on, and im going to eat dinnner, ill post pics later onn..

Yah organization is kinda nice, for my rebuild I just had all my **** laying around the garage in various places. Seemed to work for me though, I was always able to find everything
