RE fenders

just curious. I see all these pics of the RE front bumper but I rarely see the fenders they make as well. personally i think it looks weird without them. you can see them in these pictures. these are the quickest pics I could find I know I have seen better. anyone know a place that sells them. would be cool even without the RE front. I think they sell them on the actual RE-Amemiya japanese site or at least what I gathered from a bablefish translation of it.

RE Amemiya may indeed offer a complete fiberglass fender now that incorporates the arch as a bolt-in unit,

But if you watch the clip of the original FC2000 "track attack" car build-up (Options vid #92) I believe Amemiya San states that the flares are "Panspeed overfenders" molded in to the stock fender.

You can buy copys of the Panspeed arches for ~ $100 and "glass" them into stock fenders - page w/ front arches http://www.corksport.com/main.php3?p...3Fcat%3D214912

Stock steel fenders weigh very little- one can lift them w/ a finger, so it will not save any weight by replacing the whole fender w/ fiberglass. It will take some skills to make it look as good as the RE Amemiya FC2000 front fenders... That is where the bolt on fiberglass fender has its advantage!

By buying the entire front end. It costs between $1000 and $1600 depending on where you get it from and if it's original or knockoff.
