Arrow re-circulation for A/C

My recirculation option for my fan on the A/C isn't coming on when the button is pushed. This makes it a real bitch for the car to cool down effectively in the hot. I have two A/C control panels and it doesn't work with either one. The fan runs normally otherwise. I can hear a click under the glove box where the fan is when I push in the re-circ button. Any ideas?

sounds like the recirculate motor is disconnected or burnt up.

You should hear a motor move for a couple of seconds when you have recirculate on.

Hey, at least you have A/C that works most of the time.
