I am looking for the dimensions so i know how low to the ground the side skirts will be

 

That would be a loaded question.
Depends on your wheel set up and your suspension.

The best advice I can give you is to look at some other cars that are running the skirts and compare what running gear they have to what you got.
Other than that any other answer would be just a guess.
