Re ameiya front cowl for 1200

seems to me on the Re ameiya home page in japanese currency its 148,000 yen which comes out to 1200 dollars us which is so far the extreme lowest ive seen yet ive seen this front kit go for 1700 which is like almost 30% over it just for a company to get it shipped to u so perhaps ill save money for a bit of people who want this lovely kit i used a currency exchange on the net to find its price http://www.re-amemiya.co.jp heres there site hope it helps btw check out there stuff i mean they got the entire body for a rx7 re done the fenders back hatch everything this is quite a find on my part although im sure you more experianced rx owners already know how much stuff RE as for a fc3s

Overseas shipping from Japan is expensive, especially on huge items like front bumpers and hoods. Plus whoever is taking the time to buy and ship them over here wants money for the trouble they went through and still get a decent profit, that's just they way things are in business. If you know Japanese and have a bank account in Japan, I guess you could save a bit by purchasing straight through them, but shipping is still a bitch even if you have a business license.
