RB REV II exhaust questions.
Since my exhaust is falling apart I need to replace it. Since I already have the RB 2.5 downpipe I thought about getting the 2.5 preslincer then either getting the cat back exhaust or taking it to a local muffler shop. But the REV II exhaust is about the same price wise. I was wondering what the noise and power difference is between the options.
The REV TII exhaust has a 3" downpipe to the presilencer (inlet is 3" and outlet is 2.375") y-pipe and mufflers are also 2.375".
You may use RB's other pre-silencer, which come in 2.5" diameter.
To answer your question, it's cheaper to buy the complete REV TII exhaust than buying the presilencer and cat-back system. It sounds amazing. I will see if I can upload a video of mine. But you can see one in action from YouTube.
