Road race headers are set up for their road race true dual exhaust. The streetable header is collected to a single pipe. I'm guessing that you have the stock ports, so you'd probably want the collected header. As far as I know, the collected header is better for keeping low end torque, but the true duals give better top end horse power. The best info you'll probably find is from www.racingbeat.com

actually the true duals are designed for more area under the torque curve, ie better mid-range rather than bumping up peak hp, which would probably be higher on a collected header, while the duals would be better throughout the powerband in general.

the streetable header and presilencer will bolt to any cat back exhaust though, the road race header will require you use use racingbeat's duals or to go custom from the header back.
