random question...

why is the RB cat replacement pipe and presilencer not legal on the highway? i was thinking bout puting that on my car...

It depends on where you live. If it replaces all the Catalytic converters you could be in violation of some emmisions law. If not that, it could be a noise issue, but that can be rectified with mufflers.
