TN Random plug??

I'm trying to figure out why my meter fuse keeps flipping, I've pulled the whole dash off and the wiring into the main harness and it still flips, what ground of the main harness would cause just the meter fuse to blow?? Also while in my dash I found a random plug that comes out of the harness along with the wires for the fuel relay on the right side of the steering column, where does this plug go??? It has only two wires one black/white and yellow/red... Please someone help!

The White plug w/two wires should be the Accelerator Switch for auto adjusting suspension, but the plug would have a Yellow wire and a Black/Yellow wire. And is this an S4 or S5? And what specific plug is the larger plug as in its name. If you don't know the name then what are its wire colors?

it is an 88 s4 t2, and ok so the smaller plug is for adjusting the suspension? the larger plug is what the gauges round plugs meet and go into, behind the dash. as far as color there are a good amount of wires in it. like i said though it is what the two round plugs on the back of the gauge cluster display meet and plug into. i unplugged it and with a new fuse in keyed the car up and it still blew the fuse, so im just at a loss of what would randomly cause it to now blow... any ground that is for only the meters?

Meter fuse feeds all of the following items and not just the gauges.

METER: Gauges, alternator warning, cooling fan control, cruise control, reverse lights, HVAC, warning lights, reminders, AAS, alarm

A possible cause for the blowing fuse could be the back up lights as they are at the bottom of the chassis and are open to the weather elements, but this is just a guess.

ya im trying to think cause the only thing that i did before this started was, re wrapped the battery ground wire and everything that was wrapped with it. the battery positive and negative wires, the alternator to battery wire, the starter wire, some other wires as well...
