random bucking on my road trip
Hi, I was driving up to Vail from Denver today, and my car decided to start bucking about half way there. It started doing this off and on for the rest of the trip. It would buck for maybe 1 mile, then go for 10 miles with now problem, the start bucking again for a few miles. I made it to my destination, but I have to drive back tomorrow. Any ideas what I can look at? It feels like it might just be a bad tank of gas, but I'm not sure what the best way to handle that is short of siphening the tank. Thanks in advanc for your suggestions

i was gonna say bad gas... with the gas prices i bet you went for the cheapest place you passed? i swear lots of places are watering gas down these days.
i bet that will fix it. well thats my best guess.

mine did the same when the tps was on the way out. tps has 'spikes' of 0 voltage to the ecu, causing the injectors to shut off temporarily. Replaced the tps and all was well. Removed the tps and all is better
