My radio stopped working yesterday! I have an aftermarket Sony deck. I did some diagnostics and noticed that the radio deck is only getting 3 volts. I have the sunroof assembly removed from the car right now, but after I first removed it the radio still worked. I checked my sunroof motor by running it on the battery (from positive to negative posts with the car terminals still attached which was dumb), is it possible that I fried a wire by doing this?

None of the fuses were blown for the car or the back of the Sony deck. Everything else on the car is still working. I'm lost on this one!
