cool, I'll be bidding either on the non lettering or if the lettering one looks less flimsy I'll go with that one.

BTW... i can't find any aluminum sheet metal that is thick enough to not "flex" anywhere. where do you get this stuff? the home depot over here is a no go

it's about time more people do this.. who wants to see the uglyness of all those wires/hoses/hoodlatch/horns?
I say better safe than sorry, so I'll be getting/making a top and bottom.

Diamond plate will look extremely ghetto. Use regular aluminum.

I have this one. Got it last year from http://www.aerodyne.net/

I think fc3s.org has some carbon fiber ones that look nice.

Yup, Aerodyne and Speed Machine Performance both have nice panels. I am not sure why Aerodyne decided to put those bends in theirs though. Can any of you that have that unit see a reason why or is it simply for looks or something?

wankel jr. stole my pics of 1FastT2's car. LOL

The kid in the green shirt is a friend that rode out to rotorfest with me. Thats where I took those pics. Really nice car the hood was off cause the car was getting hot I think there was a wire or 2 disconnected from his e-fan.
