I've searched and looked. Does any one know what size this thing is? Is this simple part something I have to get from the dealer.

 

i dont know what size it is, but yeah, sucks to break 'em. i got a replacement from mazdatrix. actually i got two cause i didnt want to have to wait if i screwed it up again. haha

 

I found one at Autozone that fits. It's white plastic and has a wing handle on it. Fits pretty good and has a small rubber washer on it too.

 

i had the same problem before since i brough a used radiator with no plug. I believe that plug size is 10mm 1.50 thread size. I hope i am right. But i do remember that the thread is bigger then 1.25. Good luck bro. I found the correct plug in the oil pan plug section. Good luck!

 

I bought mine from the dealership. They are pretty expensive from the dealership. If you can get them from mazdatrix, I would go that route.

Well the size is suppose to be 12 X 1.25. If anyone cares I'll keep you guys updated.
