I thought I would share my completed custom Radiator Cover Panel.
As usual, bored in retirement and got tired of looking at that dull new Koyo radiator. They apparently stopped polishing them.

I made a sheet metal design in SolidWorks and got to work on fabricating it.
This is the result after bending, welding, smoothing welds and powder coating.
