stoping the flywheel
the motor is in the car with the trany on how can i stop the flywheel from spining so i can remove the centric shaft pulley/damper ? thanks

In that case, if you have a couple extra $$ to spend, go to home depot and buy a piece of square tubing. Drill some holes and bolt it to the flywheel. Turn the flywheel till the tube is on the ground. BAM, holds great.
The tubing should only be like 10-15$.

With transmission on engine-
Impact gun on front shaft bolt or a rubber band wrench in main pulley groove while you do front shaft bolt (hard as not a lot of room in engine bay).
DO NOT push the clutch in while front bolt is loose as it can cause the front thrust bearing to drop out of place.
