Racing Beat Exhaust Size Question

Hey i just purchased a racing beat catback for my TII and didnt realize that if you just purchase the catback its slightly smaller in diameter then getting the full rev tii system? im kinda upset about it haha. if i get a 3 inch dp/mid pipe and connect it to this exhaust will my gains be hindered at all compared to having the slightly larger "rev TII catback portion"

or will it be fine?... a bnr stage 3 and supporting mods are in my near future.

I wouldn't think so. The catback portion isn't as important as the size of the downpipe. But if you want to bolt a 3" section of pipe to the 2.5" catback flange, you'll need to get creative to avoid an exhaust leak.

n00b! as long as you bought the TURBO cat back its ok, as RR88 says, the DP is the important part.
