Racing Beat Exhaust

Well even though i have a blown coolant seal, i've decided to treat my car to something other than empty promises, lol. I'm planning on going down to racing beat this friday and picking up a full exhaust system for a 91 N/A, you know the whole shabang headers, presilencer, y-pipe, mufflers and stuff. Gonna run me around 800+/-. Anyway the point is i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for exhaust or any comments on the system itself.

I went to a car meet on monday and a couple of guys said they wished they could afford a rb exhaust set up so i'm assuming it rocks, that plus its a racing beat product lol. Well thanks for the comments and stuff.

Ant

My RB exhaust on my 88 gxl is really quiet. It came on the car otherwise I would have went with something a little more louder.

It is a very high quality unit, and one of the quietest free-flowing exhausts (not saying much), but its still has a nice sound to it. You won't be disappointed.

agreed. theres some other sweet sounding exhausts out there but there crazy loud (especially on n/a cars). i had a corksport and sold it for RB exhaust it all about what you want. listen to some clips on you tube and make your own mind up

I've got the full system with the stock manifold and I really like it. The quality is abolutely impecible. It's quiet in that it's very livable at low throttle and cruising, but it'll still get you noticed at high rpm's. I think it's a perfect compromise for a daily driven car.

umm why don't you rebuild your engine rather than blowing 1k on something that doesn't matter if you can't drive the car???

haha this kinda sounds like me... except im not spending cash on anything else but my motor... you should get that seal fixed. If it is even blown. Then you can get anyyything you want.

I have rb exhaust. no silencer.. dont need it. It has a nice sound to it. I would record mine but my engines jacked up. anyways... good exhaust and recommended by mazdatrix... if that convinces you.. HA~
