Racing Beat Cat Replacement Q
Car: 86/87 NA with 6PI mod (activation through the Airpump)
Is there any dimensional difference between the S4 and the S5 with regards to the cat replacement pipe? (links: 86: Here and the 89: Here)
I'm asking because I do not have the split air tube on my car anymore, and would like to avoid having to modify a new exhaust if I could just pick up the 89 instead.

I just emailed racing beat. Will post if I get an answer through that venue. If others are familiar with those parts and are able to comment I'd really appreciate it.
Just by looking at the pictures, they seem dimensionally the same. One just doesn't have a split air tube and the other does.

Since all the chassis are essentially the same and the rest of the exhaust parts are the same between the S4 and S5, there shouldn't be any difference other than the split air pipe.

You could just have one made for much cheaper than Racing Beat sells them for. I had one made for $20. But to answer your question I do think they are the same minus the 6PI pipe.
