Raceseat bracket

Hi, i'm designing the bracket for my racing seat. I want your help with the design. I have acces to a cnc plasma machine so it's going to be free.
Also I designed it with 2 positions, one for road use and one for the track.

What do you think? What mods should i do?
Thanks

So you're gonna plasma cut it and then bend those tabs with a sheet metal brake? It looks super stress-riser-ey (not a real word) on those two center tabs. Over time the metal might effectively crack/tear there, which would be bad.

Most commercial parts like this are two-piece, where one part bolts to the car and the seat riser part bolts to the first part.
