RAce pipe + straight thru magnaflow single

Im planing to get a single sided catback with a magnaflow 27" straight thru muffler. I have the reactor still on, down pipe and race pipe. Will it be loud? Its an 88 NA. I dont mind fairly loud, but will it be a bit quieter than it is now? I have the stock y pipe splitter with one muffler off and one. Also race and down pipe. Its open exhaust out one side and muffler on the other and the bitch is way headache inducing loud. Will going magnaflow single reduce noise? Tin can/ chainsaw buzz (i dont mind)?

hey

I have the bonez race pipe with a custom single catback with a long billit muffler. 100 for muff. I would imagine that magnaflow would be just as quiet. I cant hear ****. Can I say that. Well I still have the manifold , thats why. If you want it quiet get a long muff. It got louder when I took the cat off and replaced it with the race pipe. But still quiet as hell. The custom catback including the muff was 260 total. The race pipe was 150. Not a bad system but I still want my duells. Oh, and it gave it a deeper barritone sound. no buzz or chainsaw.

The chainsaw effect comes when you go to a tuned header.
