basicly what im looking for is a setup thats gonna be deep, not pull me over loud and wont wake the neighbors when i pull in the neighborhood ..but can be loud at high rpms !

Yep. RB rev TII. I used to have loud 3" single.
Everytime I was pulled over they commented. Actually got an unmuffled ticket once but it got dismissed.
Havent been pulled over since I put the RB on and got it used for cheap.
