Quick Vaccume question

Im looking at the vacumme diagram and im unsure where what this is going to plug into.. Any help? Its right under the cold start which I just blocked off.

The one dead center? That's the Fuel Pressure Regulator source. Best to plug that one back in

To the primary fuel rail? But I replaced the pulsation dampener with a banjo bolt so do I just cap this off?

No, the primary fuel rail has the pulsation dampener. The secondary has the fuel pressure regulator at the end. You connect a vacuum line from the nipple on the lim to the fpr nipple.
