Quick taillight question

I forget which one of you it was that told me this at the Friday Autobacs meet, but how exactly do I have to bake my taillights in the oven to get the distortion lens out from behind the clear one? And also, can I do this to the reverse and turn signals, or just the brake/parking lights?

250 degrees leave in the oven for a few minutes til they are warm.. there is no set magical time. Just do it.. make sure you remove the screws first.
