replacing all belts, do I need to remove the main pulley to replace the air pump belt?

You don't need to remove anything (other than the other belts) to replace the belts...not any pullies and not the fan. You'll have to remove all the belts to replace the airpump belt since it's the rear-most belt, but all-in-all it should be a twenty minute job...if that.
