Question Quick question for anyone with a S4 ?

I'm installing an S4 13b into a Suzuki samurai. It's been so long since I pulled it from the donor car, and I've removed so much uneeded crap, that I can't (for shure) remember where the other heater core hose goes...

The one I know of is the one coming out near the oil cooler outlet, on the drivers side of the engine. I'm thinking this is the outlet??

Help??

PS, thank you, this forum has been VERY HELPFUL throughout this process.

There's the one on the engine block, and then the other comes from the lower radiator hose area.

That's the area I figured, but I can't find the thing? Was it part of the Hose?

AH HA! I found it. Or rather, I've found why I couldn't find it...

It's on the radiator lower hose outlet. The old 12a had it on the engine end of the same hose.

Thanks again for a wealth of great info. I've read every letter in the FAQs and searched alot.

For this project, I've shortened the tail of the trans by 6 inches, fabbed my own engine mounts, rad mounts, oil cooler lines, header, fuel lines, harness mods,
removed all emissions and solenoids, BAC, OMP (the old engine used premix already), fabricated my airflow meter mounts, K&N filer setup, etc.

Looks like I get to fabricate a heater hose return now.

Good luck, sucks when you think you got everything custom made that you'll need to do and then wham! out comes one more thing, but at least it's not all too hard!
