Quick Question,
I have a quick question it kind of stupid I know but theres a reason I'm askin it and will tell it later. What would happen if I took my turbo and manifold off my TII Block and put on my old N/A Manifold and drove it like that for a couple of days if I really had to.
I ask that because I have a built 13b and my stock turbo is going out. I have another turbo set up thats goin on soon as I get the oil feed line, A Wastegate Flange then have it welded on the manifold, and a down pipe. The turbo is a S5 on my s4 block, I have a T4 flanged tubular manifold, a external 40mm HKS Wastegate, and a T3 - T4 adapter while the turbo is a T3 flange.
I ran out of money and lost my job last job to finish it up, but soon it will get finished. I'm a part time student tryin to get this together. I messed up my turbo cause I had to use -10 AN fittings for a return cause I didnt know that S4 and S5 returns and front covers was not interchangeable. Ao the return line had to try to push the oil up so now the shaft play looks like a kids loose tooth ready to come out anyday now.

Just a guess, but you will probably need to retune the fuel map in the vacuum areas a little bit, and probably reset the idle. Unless you drive like a grandma, you may also want to reset the acceleration enrichment (RPMwot). I don't think that you would need to reset the timing.
It would be a good idea to ask this question in the Microtech subforum where you can get a better idea about what you will need to do.
