Arrow Quick Question

i have a 87 turbo 2, just wanted to know if there was a certain way to set the afm???? the afm that i just bought has the cover for the screw missing and i think it was tampered with.....so again my question is, is there a way to set the afm???

The tension adjustment is preset at the factory, but you can set it again with a good digital multi-meter

ok so how

how do i do that?????i think it was changed also i even tried messing with it so thats how i KNOW it was moved from stock.....how do i use the multimeter to adjust it to the correct setting???? thanks

I think the OP is talking about the bypass screw.

That's a good question as the FSM says to never mess with it and I've never seen any specs on how to adjust it.

Found on page 4B-60 in the 88 factory service manual
