can i please get a quote on how much i should need to spend on getting oil rings replaced 90 turbo 2, thank you.

what kind of oil rings?
oil control rings? you're looking at a total rebuild here. expect to dish out ~$1000

would be more than that for a T2, cheapest i have seen is $1200-$1300 base price for a rebuild.

that is if he doens't plan on using any of his old seals or springs. side seals, corner seals, metal oil o-rings and the such.
