quick need help. Does this race pipe fit?

hey, i need your guys's help. I bought a downpipe and midpipe thinking it would replace all the way to the Y pipe. So today, i pulled off all the ACV crap to put on the new pipes. But when i got to the lookin at the pipes i bought... it doesn't replace the main cat. I really don't wanna put the acv and air pump back in. I was wondering if this pipe fits.

looks about the right size for just the main cat... but those gaskets won't last very long.. maybe a couple of week..

that's fine with me. changing gaskets to better ones later isn't a problem. I just need something so i don't have to drive around with open downpipe, although it may be a bit interesting. ^_^

Why do you say that the gaskets wont last long? Appears to be the same type of exhaust gaskets Ive always used..
