Quick ? on front end joints

I am replacing the ball joints and also noticed the joints at the end of the tie rod and joints on the sway bar link are bad. I can not find just the joints anywhere. Can I replace just the joints or do I need to replace the entire tie rod and sway bar link.

its an 88 vert./ and i try not to deal with mazdatrix unless i really really have to. My last experience with them was horrible, they or should I say HIM was very rude to me and didnt seem like he wanted to sell anything to anyone. BUt if I must I will go back.
