Quick/easy question about spark plugs. I think mine are setup wrong.

I was just looking and on the coil igniter things (I don't know what it is called).
It says T1 T2 AND L1 L2.
but my car was setup where T1 and T2 was on the left and L1, L2 was on the right.
I'm guessing this is wrong.
T1 Should go to the left, top spark plug hole and L1 go to the left bottom spark plug hole. T2, right, top and L2 right bottom. right?
Or do the letters not mean anything?
I was just looking at it and noticed this....

Correct! But the leading spark plugs fire at the same time so they can be mixrd up with no problems resulting. Not the same for the trailing though.

Actually, the older Haynes manual had the trailing plugs going to the bottom spots which they eventually caught the error and fixed it for later publishings.

You aren't being a dick, I know what you are getting at; it is just I love this car and didn't want to just go by what the haynes/fsm manual say. I wanted to double check and make sure I wasn't reading them wrong.
I was putting the trailing on the leading and the leading on trailing. (coil to plug).
I'm guessing this would cause some idle issues and maybe starting issues right?
Anyways, I fixed it and finally got it started back up and it runs pretty smooth for the rear rotor having very low compression.
Thanks for the help, I just wanted to make sure that it was some ancient chinese secret of how to set up the coil/plugs.
=D

correct, mixing plugs can make it hard to star, leadings are 7 degree rated and trailing are 9s. a lot of people go nine all the way though. if your racing hard and use something higher then that you may want to warm the car up before putting the higher rated ones in.
ps, ive had the same mix up on my car before, not to mention mixing the trailing wires up.... oddly the trailing wires didnt affect it as much as i thought it would
