quick Coolant cleaning question help plz

ok ive had the 7 sitting for about 2 weeks because of a coolant leak that was a pain in the *** to fix i finally got that fixed.. and the 7 is running, i added water to the coolant for i can see if the leak was still there, well now i have rust colored coolant and i think its just because it was sitting for alil while... well how can clean that rust out.. (just water isnt doing it.) can i spary alil bit of carb cleaner and then flush it out with water?. lookin for a cheap way to do this im broke and i want to get this all done)
(this is a 90 vert na, auto, tb mod, emissions removel)
any help would be great!...

You can't really clean coolant. You can clean the cooling system, which should get rid of whatever rust and **** is in the radiator, etc.
After cleaning the cooling system of whatever **** is in it, add new coolant. 50/50 mix.
