quick clutch question

quick clutch question

doing a clutch swap on my TII due to it wearing out on me, any ways what the torqe on the flywheel nut? and easyist way to remove stock flywheel?

I think the stock torque on that flywheel is around 300+ lbs. I'm not sure, but it's probably in the haynes manual. T

The guy in my rebuild video used a 54mm socket and a 2 ft breaker bar with an extension to get it loose.

its around 250 ft lbs and use a impact gun... its kinda of pain to remove the flywheel but if you have to theres a video on mazdatrix... if that doesn't work leave the nut a few threads in and heat it up with a torch then try popping it out with a hammer

its like 269-349 or something from the fsm, but if you got a good rattle gun, just bang it until it comes off, and bang it until it doesnt spin with locktite. never seize everything else, thats what i do
