Questions/Suggestions before I go the 6 port turbo route

Questions/Suggestions before I go the 6 port turbo route

Ok so after a year or so of looking and planning I decided to go with a modest 6 port turbo setup.
I just want to iron out some fine details.

1. I plan on using rtek 2.0 with my N326 ecu and since I don't plan on going past 12 - 14 psi I should be fine with that.
I plan on using the "EGR Output as RPM Controlled Switch" to run either a solenoid connected to the air pump,
or a 12v actuator to control my 6 port actuators.

2. For now I don't plan on using anything but the stock turbo just to see how it all works out.
I was thinking I would just seal the waste gate,
and go external so I don't need to port it. Any recommendations ?

3. Would it be better to match the presets on the ecu and go with stock TII injectors 550cc/550cc
or go 720cc injectors all around and manually adjust it?

So far this is my shopping list

Rtek 2.0 with my N326
Stock TII turbo (Hitachi HT-18)
Generic Front mount Intercooler
A set of TII stock Injectors (550cc) or 720cc Injectors
FD fuel pump Walbro or Supra fuel pump
BOV Not sure yet... TurboXS Type S or Greddy type s maybe...
Oil/Water lines
Guages i.e. Wideband o2, Boost Gauge etc.
All the Piping/manifold/downpipe can be made at a shop I order parts from.

O.k. so this is a really rough summary,
but I would really love some suggestions and advice.
Especially on Fuel related things and B.O.V. choices.

Most people will give you this advise: It is easier to do a Turbo swap. And it is true! However, if you decide to go 6 port turbo there will be several fitting issues and fabrication.

To answer your questions: The Supra pump works good with stock fuel lines. The BOV will have to be in relation to your intake pipeing.

As for the actuators and VDI; on a turbo set up, you don't need them. It has no advantage.

Mine is a 91 N/A turbo however, I am running Microtech. Look at the pictures and see if you can get some ideas.

I know its easier to do a turbo swap but why throw away a good engine

I want something different and yes the 6 port actuators will make a difference in theory anyways...
