question of turbine A/R and wheel

I couldnīt find the website that would have answer to this question. If I go for a different size turbine housing A/R do i have to change the wheel also or can I use the same turbine wheel in different A/R?

I know this sounds stupid but please donīt flame me for this.
Thanks

Depending on the brand and size, there are different sizes A/R. In my case I have the options of .81, .96 1.15. You will have to find out what is out there for your turbo.

My current turbo is to4B 60-1 1.15 A/R (undivided,<= thats why I want to go smaller) and was thinking of going .96 A/R. So can I use my current 60-1 wheel with the .96 A/R?

You list your turbo as having a 1.15 A/R. This is a divided A/R number, maybe I'm just confused about your post, but it looks like your saying its non divided which doesnt make sence.

You can swap out turbine housing for ones with different A/R values as long as you spec the correct turbine wheel bore. I'm assuming that your running a P-trim wheel (standard and most common size used on rotary). So just order another turbine in what ever A/R you wish with a P-Trim turbine bore. EX: you want a .96 A/R, non divided, tang, P-Trim turbine housing. Your choices for a turbine housing properly sized for a 13b would be the following. .81, .96 A/R values for a NON-DIVIDED Tang housing. The same sizes are available in a ON-center instead of tang housing, but I don't recommend a on-center housing to anyone unless theres a space issue. Your choices for DIVIDED turbine houings are .84, 1.00, 1.15, and 1.32. these are only available in a tang housing. All the af-formentioned turbine housings come in N,O,P and Q trim. Innovative offers these in a R trim as well.
